Our number one priority is safety. Focus is on proper form, progressive overload, perfecting the details, and maximizing your body’s potential. Sessions are programmed with intent and will include individualized coaching and instruction.
Every session starts with speed, agility, quickness, and/or plyometrics. All KEY components to being a fast, explosive, competitive athlete. Every athlete needs to be able to sprint, change direction, and process information, all while playing. We build speed and power with the same intent we put into strength training.
Coach Lauren brings a decade of experience with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. You will not find a more experienced and educated coach to get you to your goals.
